Once the download is complete, unzip the contents into a Directory and execute the setup program.
Service Utilities cannot run if installed on a local hard drive. It must be located on a flash drive or CD ROM.
HexCal must be loaded onto the hard drive.
Mimimum operating system requirements to run the Service Utilities: Windows XP, Windows 7 (32-Bit or 64-Bit) or Windows 10
